Midtown is not only professional, but timely! The technician, Tracey (who we loved, btw) called when he was en route to make sure the timing would still work. As a mom who rushes around town all day I really appreciated knowing when he was close so I didn’t have to wait around all day. He was super personable and fixed our problem within 10 minutes, and in a price point that was totally fair. From the minute I called to schedule the appt to the time he left my husband and I were very impressed! Will use Midtown again and refer to family and friends in the future!!

Rescheduled my appt for a 12-2 window at 12:08. Called and said they couldn’t make it and would have to come tomorrow. They didn’t care or respect that their customers have to alter their day and schedule for them. Terrible business practice. Will never use their service.
