After we discovered we had a broken water heater early in the morning, I scrambled to find someone that could install a new one that day. I was given Jayk's phone number around noon and Jayk had his technicians to the house that afternoon. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in just a few hours for a very reasonable price.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Michael and Sons for Water Heater replacement. Today- Technician David and Luis showed up at my residence. David and Luis were both extremely professional and the job they did is nothing less than PERFECT. My water heater is located in my garage, when they finished the job, they cleaned up the work area and everywhere in close proximity- they left it cleaner than it originally was before they started. I’m extremely impressed with these two young men. Michael and Sons are lucky to have them as employees. Keep up the great work and give these boys a raise. Well deserved.

Michael is really a great handy man with very professional skills. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommend.
