On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

They scheduled us in quickly and service and communication was excellent. Vincent did a great job fixing our problem and was very patient and clear showing and explaining what was going on with our unit.

I don’t often post reviews but the level of service and commitment Newcomb and Company demonstrated in repairing our a/c system and standing behind their work is to be commended in these times where service and integrity seems to be in such short supply. Josef arrived on time and was very polite. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing when he performed the maintenance visit on my gas furnace.
