Best Humidifier in Raleigh NC

Used them in the past for scheduled HVAC replacement. No complaint.
This time HVAC is down. Called Emergency service last night. The engineer was too busy to come out but promised to put request forward to the office for appointment next day. Called the office this morning, no information was transferred. They took information again and told me that I will be notified when engineer will be dispatched. Called at noon to check and they told me I was scheduled for tomorrow. When reminding them of agreeing with engineer last night to postpone service to today, they told me engineer was not authorized to promise appointment. Manager apologized. ..........I am glad there are alternative providers that provide state of the art customer service....

no AC for 4 days and still don't know when it will get fixed..If you expect your HVAC company to help you during an emergency, this is not the right company based on my experience.By the way, even though I have both parts and labor warranty, they have charged a diagnostic fee. Keep in mind that this is a unit that they installed and it has failed during the warranty period.Edit: After 5 days of waiting, the AC got finally fixed. The technician Drew was a great guy but the office people did not seem to care

Easy to schedule, they were able to come out next day. Courteous, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee
