Deshawn was quick, solved our problem and answered any questions that I had along the way. He was very friendly and I commend him for coming out on a Sunday within the hour to handle our sewage situation. That's not how anyone wants to spend a Sunday. He really was very kind and very helpful. My neighbor pointed out this morning that what looked like sewage was coming up in the yard. I called roto rooter first but saw a bunch of negative reviews about their pricing and customers comments on the work, so instead I called Mathew's Plumbing. I cannot really compare pricing for an emergency like this, but I felt more comfortable going with Mathews from their website and customer feedback. I felt like they would make sure I was taken care of to the fullest. I learned a lot about how the sewer line works now as a first time home owner. Turns out my sewage cleanout drain has not had a cap since we moved here 4 years ago (I didn't know it was even there). So grass and a few sticks have fallen in through the years and causes a blockage. THANK GOD that it wasn't a broken pipe or sewage flowing back into the house. Definitely recommend!
