Joe B. and Daniel M. came by the house today and took care of a minor problem, then explained other options for me to consider for other Services. They were patient with me, and addressed all of my questions. Service Experts was represented very well by these two gentlemen. Ryan N. installed our new whole home water filtration system and demonstrated courteous behavior and outstanding expertise. He took his time to ensure the job was done correctly. We have had a service contract with Newcomb for a number of years. For routine service of our AC last summer it took 2 months to schedule-summer was almost over. The technician who came was surly and made snide comments about the fact that I was not at work.
Today is Wednesday and we have been without heat since Saturday. We paid $149 for service to come on Saturday. They had to order the part. They are coming today but cannot give me a time window-will call 20-30 minutes ahead. They say the reason is that they have too many service calls to give me a time- Not to worry, after this they will have one less customer!

Raleigh Heating and Air are all about awesome service! They exceed expectations. The service provider is always courteous, thorough, and efficient. The office personnel are very friendly and responsive to the customer needs. RH&A installed my systems 6 years ago and have performed routine maintenance since then.
