We called Michael and Son Services for a second opinion on our hot water heater after it broke from not being properly installed by a previous company that evidently did not know what they were doing. Luis Rivera was our technician. He explained to us all the things that was done wrong and answered all our questions. Luis was very knowledgeable. My husband and I were so impressed with Luis that we chose him to do the replacement of our water heater. He was on time and very professional. Luis even called to let us know when he was on the way to the property. Luis Rivera did an awesome job installing the new how water heater. Alan has been doing repairs for us for a couple of years and is always on time does a great job he has a lot of knowledge about his work and catching problems before they are out of hand. Alan is always on time and so so friendly. Alan has did things from hanging pictures, fire extinguishers, garbage disposal, door locks you name it I have never been disappointed if you need it done he is the one to go to.
