I called Schwartz Plumbing after noticing water on the floor in bedroom, bathroom & laundry room as needed to know where the leak was coming from and get it fixed. James and Justin both came out and I showed them the 3 rooms, the extensive water damage in laundry room where the water heater is and after they said they called their boss, told me they couldn't help me. They never once attempted to look at the water heater on try to find the root cause of the leak. But they made sure I paid the $95.45 service fee. For what, since they didn't do anything (I guess they get paid for walking through the door). I found an amazing repair guy who is fixing my problem (water heater) and believe me, I would never recommend Schwartz Plumbing to anyone. They should refund my $95.45 because they didn't even try to find the problem.

I highly recommend this company. I had an issue with my hot water heater and they were able to come right out within an hour to repair it. They gave me a time and were punctual. The guys were very professional and were able to get everything repaired right away.

These guys are my go to plumbers. I have recently done a bathroom remodel in my new (old) home in Wendell, NC. They were there to remove all the old fixtures and toilet for my GC to come in and do their thing. Once everything was ready the were there in a snap to get the rough in work completed, then there to get the trim out of the new fixtures install. The process with them was very easy from the first phone call to the end result. They have helped out with other small plumbing issues I have had in my home as well. When I call in and speak to Patrick its always hey Patrick this is Patrick, and then he is able to get me scheduled and taken care of. You can tell these guys are about customer service.
