We called on a Sunday to set up a service call for during the upcoming week, but they responded and came out on the same day! Our technician, David, was kind and courteous. He took the time to explain what was going on with our heater. The part we needed, came in within two days. Everything is working great and we already set up our A/C check up for spring!! I definitely recommend Weather Master Heating & A/C.

Bradly came out, in the middle of a rain storm, and gave me an estimate for two water spigots on the exterior of the house. Despite one being a bit of a pain, he did a great job and replaced them despite it pouring down rain and him getting soaked. He took his time despite his own discomfort and also took the time to work on getting me an estimate for a tankless water heater. Highly recommend.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.
