I live in a newly-developed neighborhood where the contractor uses WeatherMaster to do their AC units. My AC unit decided to break down on me just a few days passed my warranty. With the Covid situation, I didn't have extra money to spend on getting my air conditioning repaired. So I called WeatherMaster. It was less than 10 minutes later that WeatherMaster called me back and said that they had spoken with management and that they would send someone out to repair my air conditioning unit at NO CHARGE!. I'm grateful that they were a compassionate enough to know that many people have fallen on hard times during this Covid-19 crisis. The service was as though I was paying. It was excellent! The rep's name was Isaac. He was very prompt, polite, professional, and very informative. I'm cool now and very happy. Thanks WeatherMasters!!!!!!!
