Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

I have been fighting with a slow drain and a leaky kitchen sink for months. Matthew was able to correct the preexisting issue with how the plumbing was laid out, install new pipes that function correctly, snake the drain, and repair the issues with the sink. He showed up on time, worked diligently, explained to me what I could do to help myself out in the future, and made sure the work space was cleaner than he found it. I can not recommend him enough and I will not use anyone else. Thank you!

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing.
