Brian came to my flooded basement around 10 pm on our last below freezing Friday night. He checked everything thoroughly and figured out how to diagnose the source of the problem creatively. (There were no burst pipes.) Brian's attention to detail and diagnosis allowed me to peacefully turn back on my downstairs heat for the night.
