Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Raleigh NC

I highly recommend Rick of HandiRicks. He and his son are doing multiple repair tasks for my church, including garbage disposal installation, exterior door hinge repair, broken window replacement, exterior caulking, and electrical light fixture repair. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and with their knowledge about the best approach to some of our needs. I give them my highest recommendations.

Darrell was very polite, professional, & proficient. He listened carefully to all of the issues in our 3-1/2 ba house & efficiently resolved them all quickly & effectively.

Took them 6 days to tell me that they can't do business a certain way,
I needed them to provide me with an estimate for re-rout some plumbing.
I'm a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customer's property
Danial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If I'm not there!, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate!
I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow!
you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back!
Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so I'm the one responsible for the job if you messed up
it shouldn't have took you 6 days to tell me you don't work with general contractor's!
you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days!

I don't know about there work but I would never trust anyone to do good work if they are unprofessional like that!!!!!

It is a pleasure working with Drains Etc, they are prompt, professional and great priced. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.
