JOSH Jones was WONDERFUL Along W/BEING Very Professional !! He went Above and Beyond! He Helped me get through a complete move out after a flood .Even though it took at Least TWICE the time a normal claim would have taken . He got me through it! Let me tell you that was NO easy feat! Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.
