Best Commercial Plumbing Repairs in Raleigh NC

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

Could I give them a 0 star? Because I would. I am not sure how they have 5 star rating. My experience from today:

I have signed up with Duke energy HVAC repair. My HVAC goes Out and not heating up the house and I call the Duke Energy repair line who hook me up with this company.

1. The tech comes in, checks the unit and states that he does not know the unit and has never seen it before and it is a new one (It is a 4 year old unit so has been in market since at least 4 years).

2. He diagnoses the issue being a condensate line drainage, which is not covered by Duke and I was willing to pay as it is a non-covered issue. Now, if I paid him cash up front, he would charge me $50 flat, however if I wanted a receipt and was paying by card, it would be $85+ tax, for which I paid 91 bucks. He basically told me that he didnt have any of the tools that he needed to clear out the drainage and had to go to grab tools needed and then come back. He was unprepared for something basic such as drain clearance.

3. He calls the number on his phone for the payment process and provides all of my card information to the person on the other end. I received email invoice and also within 15 minutes of payment a fraud alert from my card company about somebody trying to pay for train ticket in Berlin Germany ($264). Now if they are not related, then it is not their fault, however if anything shady going on, this needs to be investigated in case the system is hacked.

4. He clears the drain pipe and leaves. Within 30 minutes, the HVAC unit goes out and when I call the tech, he says that it is because of bad pump (why wasnt it diagnosed in the first place?) He tells me that they will replace the Pump and that would be covered by the $91 that I paid.
Mind you, the unit is 4 years old, the pump has 5 year warranty.

5. I get a phone call from someone claiming to be from the same company, who now stated that they have the pump with them but they will charge $235 to replace it and he flatout stated that the pump only has 1 year warranty. However, I had already called the pump company and confirmed that the warranty was for 5 years.

Well, I went back to my original HVAC repair people Enviro-NC , Environmental Heating & Air of NC who are unfortunately not part of Duke Energy program. I have reported the fraud on my card to chase and I will be disputing the $91 that I paid as well.

Even if I have to move to a hotel because of the heat loss during freezing winter or broken system in scalding heat, I will NOT use these shady people ever again.

BEWARE of the scammers.

Had them come out to a rental property for a bathroom leak. After cutting a hole in the wall, was told to put a towel down to solve the bathroom leak. The bill was $300, with no prior estimate given. Did not resolve issue, and hired a general handyman who discovered it was a leaky handle. Paid $300 for unresolved issue. Recommend alternative options.

I rang Rafael on Saturday afternoon when I really wanted someone to fix the bathtub serving my guest room. He did not hesitate offering his helping hand, and the plumber arrived shortly after the phone call. I really thank him for the professionalism and high-level integrity. he was absolutely helpful to me and I recommend him for an excellent plumbing job.

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
