Best Hvac Maintenance Heat in Raleigh NC

I was able to schedule ARC 2 months out to replace a water heater, with a preferable brand. Bradly and Clay gave me a heads up 15 mins before arrival only 20 mins into the 2 hour arrival window, got right to work and were done in 3 hours replacing a natural gas water heater. Didn’t leave a hint that they were even here outside of the brand new water heater sitting in the garage. 2nd job I’ve used ARC for and will be go to plumber going forward!

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

Scheduling was easy and quick…they were out in less than 24 hours without extra fees. Preston was AMAZING and quite THOROUGH…he went above what we needed and made some suggestions on some things for us to consider. VERY happy!

After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.

These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)
