Marc was very professional, very helpful in answering all of my questions, and very thorough in his inspection of our residence. He provided three alternatives to our plumbing issue, articulated each potential solution very clearly, and was very polite as he made his way through our home. He also made repairs very efficiently on the same day and summarized everything again for me before leaving our home. Highly recommend.

Greg, Jason, Jeff, Enrique and Gaven did an amazing job on our repipe today. The pipes look great, they cleaned up so well after the job was done and were very courteous the entire time. I would reccomend PEX plumbing to anyone that needs a repipe job done. Thank you again guys for your amazing work.

My wife and I are seniors and noticed a couple of wet spots that were soaking through our carpet. Pulled back the edges and realized that we obviously had a water leak from below. Had this company come out to evaluate and give us an estimate. The guy they sent out crawled under the crawl space (we had to loan him a flashlight since he didn't have one) and gave us the horrible news that everything under the house need to be replaced and that it would be between $8,000 and $9,000. We were smart enough to have another company come out, who located the leak and repaired within 2 hours for a total charge of $255.00. I am not sure if Clark County Plumbing sent an inept estimator, or if it is their common practice trying to take advantage of people our age who they know are not going to crawl under the house to check. I hate to even give them 1 star. They don't deserve it

I called several times early Saturday until Sunday afternoon leaving a messages that they need to respond by email. About 18 hours after the first call, they sent me an email saying they got my message. The message was a form message, we'll contact you soon. I then found them on FaceBook and summarized the services I needed from them. They responded with a friendly message that said they will schedule me Monday morning and contact me as soon as their office is open again. The advertisement says they are open 24/7. Then they sent a second email that says they do not service my area, but the map on the google advertisement says they do. I can't tell if they are being dishonest or not but the messages from this company (open 24/7, closed from Saturday 3 pm until Monday at ? time, they will schedule then they won't schedule...) are inconsistent at best.
