Travis and his team did a repair of a drain pipe under the concrete floor of our finished basement. This involved jackhammering, replacing the pipe and repouring concrete (about a 4 day job). It's one of the worst repairs a homeowner can have to go through, but working with Executive Drains made the work go smoothly and as painless as possible. Travis went above and beyond to help us with every step of the way, and he was great at communicating the entire time. Not only were they professional, but I felt like I was working with real human beings who cared about us and our home. This is a family-run business with 40+ years of experience, and you simply won't run into kinder people. Highly recommend them for any type of plumbing work!

Axiom came out and did a bid for installing a sink in my garage and repairing a garbage disposal. They stated it was an approx 4 hour job. I set an appt for the work and when no one showed on that day for which I stayed home I called in to ask why no one showed up. They stated that I did not return the signed bid. I never received it and they had misspelled my email address which is my name. I always say my email address and then follow with the spelling as it is slightly unique and then repeat again. So it was sent to the wrong email and most likely would have bounced back to them. They stated they called me as well but there is no incoming call on my phone for that time period from them. So we rescheduled for the next day and the plumber was to arrive at 8 am and he showed at 9:30. He was done at 11:30, so the job was only 2 hours. I get being off a bit on a bid but doubling the service hours is unacceptable. I called in the office and stated my concern and was told the owner would call me back within 24 hours. I waited 5 days and received no call back. I went ahead and paid the bill but it works out to around $380 an hour to use this firm!

He not only came on time but also came on short notice & was so helpful to let us know what caused the issue & couldn't have been nicer. Unprofessional! I asked for a quote on a repipe for a 1 bathroom house. Mick walked in my house took a look for 2 minutes and wrote some numbers on his hand with a pen and said $35,000. No itemized estimate. He barely gave me the time of the day. I’ve had multiple bids and all were professional, took the time to talk about my options and provided me with emailed quotes for the work so I could explore my financing options. I don’t understand why he would show up if he could have just decided my job was too small or not worth his time with a couple of questions via email or phone call.
