Great first experience with All-Pro Plumbing. Great communication from office and from The tech who showed up on time. Done in less than an hour and a price I thought was too low.

I called Apollo Plumbing because of a previous positive history working with them in the property management business. I needed to check on the function of our private sewer line, because the City was in the process of upgrading the public line.Stacey took my call, and answered a number of questions for me. She was able to expedite an appointment because the sewer work was going to start soon. She was polite and patient with my questions.Cameron was the technician who performed the camera scope work on our drain line. He showed up on time, and was also patient with a long list of questions I had. We went through the entire scope video, and he was able to point out trouble areas, including a large root ball in the middle of our line. He explained several solutions, and he arranged for quotes to be developed for repairs. While it was unfortunate that our system was not in better condition, the sewer line was approximately 75 years old, and we assumed the scope report would reveal a less than perfect system.We appreciated the thoroughness of their work, and now must decide which way to go on further repairs. Called Portland gas piping to get a quotation for a new gas line installed in my kitchen. The office manager (Michelle) was very helpful and knowledgeable. My job was simple enough to qualify for their strd pricing over the phone. I was a little worried about getting a quotation over the phone sight unseen, but the Tech did the job in about a half a day and the quote stayed as promised. No extra hidden fees, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Passed inspection on the 1st try. These guys were great! Highly recommend Portland Gas Piping

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
