Dan came out to take a look at our storm water drainage from our gutters. We have had issues for years with a leak getting into the basement during high intensity, heavy rains. We have had other contractors come out and look, and they didn't seem to listen to our points on what was happening, and always immediately recommended the most expensive option.
Dan came out and scoped the line, and within an hour realized the pipe to the main sewer were completely broken - storm water was dumping into the ground, right along the foundation where the leaks always occurred. He came back the next day and fixed the pipeline, and did a thorough check of the other drainage lines to be sure there would be no other issues. That evening - we had one of the rain events that would definitely cause leaking in the basement - and were so pleased to see it dry! And twice since!
We are happy with his service, professionalism, and ability to listen to us and find/solve the problem very quickly. Absolutely recommend and will use him again if ever needed. I just wish we would have found Axiom 5 years ago.
