I love this place. They are quick to get the work done. They are honest about what things will cost and never hide fees for the end of a project. Had Clog Pros out for an estimate on some significant sewer line work that needs to be done on a house we are in the process of purchasing. We ended up not using them for the work itself, but they were very professional. I also appreciated that they took the time to thoroughly explain their assessment and the challenges associated with the work. Will gladly call them again if needed!

Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

Axiom came out and did a bid for installing a sink in my garage and repairing a garbage disposal. They stated it was an approx 4 hour job. I set an appt for the work and when no one showed on that day for which I stayed home I called in to ask why no one showed up. They stated that I did not return the signed bid. I never received it and they had misspelled my email address which is my name. I always say my email address and then follow with the spelling as it is slightly unique and then repeat again. So it was sent to the wrong email and most likely would have bounced back to them. They stated they called me as well but there is no incoming call on my phone for that time period from them. So we rescheduled for the next day and the plumber was to arrive at 8 am and he showed at 9:30. He was done at 11:30, so the job was only 2 hours. I get being off a bit on a bid but doubling the service hours is unacceptable. I called in the office and stated my concern and was told the owner would call me back within 24 hours. I waited 5 days and received no call back. I went ahead and paid the bill but it works out to around $380 an hour to use this firm!
