Steven Ackerman Jr. was the Journeymann Plummer who came to my rescue! in my newly purchased condo.. I was only able to take 10 min. showers due to a small and old water heater tank. Beaverton Plumbing came out to take a look to help me come up with a plan on the best way to improve my hot water situation. The Condo did not have room to replace the heater with a 50gal tank unless I placed in a bedroom closet and the cost was above my budget. So it was decided to replace the old 30gal tank with a new one and to add a booster! Due to a very small amount of space under the sink, that was a difficult task! Steven would not give up no matter how many times he had to come back due to the tank having an issue with it's re-set button and faulty thermometer. He only charged me what they originally quoted to get the job done (which was below the cost of what I was quoted by other Companies) and didn't charge me a penny more. He came out a total of 4x's because he wanted to be sure that it worked (at no additional charge)! I was so impressed on how quickly he responded to my calls and his tenacity and expertise in getting this heater to work for me! Now there is hot water still available even after I am done with my 20min+ shower and I can even fill up my deep tub to enjoy a hot bath. Steven went over and beyond - he even changed out my shower head for me! I would HIGHLY recommend Beaverton Plumbing!
