I’ve hired Sutherland Plumbing a couple times now, and I have been very impressed with the work they do. Everyone I have encountered has been very professional, easy to talk to and extremely competent. My recent experience with Sean was no exception. He was very respectful of my home and made me feel at ease in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. He wore gloves, a thick face mask, and shoe coverings at all times, and was careful about what he touched. He listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. In the process of rebuilding a toilet, he even noticed the toilet paper dispenser was loosely mounted on the wall, and offered to re-mount it for no charge. When he noticed one of my traps was getting old and corroded, he replace that as well, for no additional change. That is definitely above and beyond! I would not hesitate to hire Sutherland Plumbing again, and I highly recommend them.
