The schedule window they force you to wait is 4 hours and the plumber never contacts me before he comes.

Pricing:
Requested a plumber to come to install a pressure release pipe to my water heater which is $69 for the on-site fee and $125 for the material and installation fee. After the guy came out, looked for 3 mins, and told me the pipe needed to go outside of the house (even though I told him what I need and want), afterward, I received a bill for a $69 on-site fee, $75 diagnostic fee (for 3 mins that he looks), and $289 installation + material fee.

Conclusion:
Expect to wait at least 3+ hours for someone to show up without notice and expect you will be paying at least twice much when you receive your bill no matter what your quote is

I was hoping that our water issues were partially due to a collapsed underground drain. I contacted Axiom and they were very prompt with scheduling an appointment to scope the drain in question. Unfortunately the drain is fine and it’s a ground water issue. I would definitely use axiom for their professional and courteous service for future projects.
