The foreman kept me informed during the job and would ask me about ideas they had and get my approval. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and my house was spotless.

These guys no called no showed on me twice over the course of a week and offered to reschedule a week later. Seriously? Not to mention the terrible bind they left me in. Very unprofessional.

We had our house repiped back in April and we love it. John came out to give us an estimate and put us on the schedule to have the work done within two weeks, which was great being that we were in the mid of the pandemic. We were advise it would be a 2 day job but the guys that came out(TruBlue) were awesome and got it all done in 1 day. Found a leak late on a Saturday night and called rescue rooter, mr. rooter and roto rooter, all said they couldn’t send an actual plumber out until a weekday morning despite all three having “24 Hour plumber” on their website. Called MP and had someone here in an hour. Cut open the wall and replaced a copper section all within the minimum 2 hour charge.
It wasn’t cheap but it was we needed it done NOW and got every penny worth of value from the speedy and effective plumber who showed up!
