Horrible service and office staff. Would give 0 stars if we could. Needed results of the inspection for the sale of our home. Got the run around from the office staff and was told it could take up to 5 business days to locate the inspection paperwork because it was with the billing department. Called for 2 days with no improvement and no report. We paid before the service was completed then there didn't seem to be any urgency in providing the results to us. The person performing the work did decide to discuss the results of the work with the buyer's realtor though. Also did not appear on time to perform the work and cancelled once. We never got our report. Also, they kept our credit card info on file and charged us for a service without our authorization! Please don't use this company. You may save money, but you get what you pay for in the end!

Cody is a true professional, and master at what he does. Not only is he motivated to not give up until fixing the problem, but he explains it, and is a pleasure to be around. He holds a high work ethic, and I really hope he is being taken care of by this company, as good as he takes care of his tenants. THANK U CODY! You solved something we have been dealing with for too long. Our daughter can have a clean bath now!!!! I could just cry. THANKUUUUU
