John showed up exactly on time, was friendly and efficient. I felt he was honest in his assessment of the state of my HVAC system and provided helpful information on future diagnostics. While I have an old HVAC system, I didn’t get the hard sell on upgrading now. I also like Central Air’s notifications that the technician was on his way. I’ll use them again.

I have heard of Apollo for years but my dad's company just made parts for Apollo and so when we had a toilet issue, we decided to try them out. Eric was our technician and we could not have asked for anyone better! Called in advance, worked with our schedule (coming out after hours) and was very friendly and kind to talk with. Eric was professional but also in no way condescending or rude. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had it fixed and left all in less than an hour! The cost was very fair, almost too cheap for how awesome Eric was! If we have problems again, there is no doubt we will call Apollo and request Eric!
