Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Called Waterman's Plumbing in an emergency on a weekend. They were highly recommended and I'm glad I used them. They came out, surveyed the problem and explained to me in detail what the issue was. They fixed our toilet and bathtub issue, with great care. They were courteous and understanding, definitely will use them again. Also love the fact that they are a family owned company. Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Speake's has given us great service several times over the last 5 years - broken water line, faucet replacements, shut-off replacements, new water heater - all very reasonable. Highly recommended!
