With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and Benjamin Franklin provided a great service in a timely manner. Robert T. showed up at my house and did a very fine repair providing me with the right level of explanation. Professional and friendly. I surely would recommend Benjamin Franklin and will use them in the future.
