Our very old water heater went out on a Friday and Legacy was the only company that could come out the same day a replace it. Otherwise, I would have had to go all weekend without hot water!Logan Gnerlich came at 4 pm and due to the deterioration of the water heater ended up staying 2 extra hours to make sure that everything was working correctly once it was installed. He also had to go purchase extra parts as ours were crumbling as he was taking it apart. The fact that he stayed until 8:30 on Friday night says a lot about the support he and Legacy give to make sure their customers are satisfied with their final purchase.

Gary's Quality Plumbing. Excellent, honest, timely service. We've used them for years and would never use anyone else. Danny, Adam, Jason, and Debi are always honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend Gary's Quality Plumbing. Plumbing repairs aren't cheap but they will NEVER skin you.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
