Best Roof Leaks in Plano TX

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

American Leak Protection did a great job of confirming my appointment. Chris arrived. Right on time and explained the process. He was very efficient in finding our leak and explained our options in an understandable way. I’m very thankful for their service.

I found this company on Nextdoor and it was by accident really. I was so happy with their work, professionalism, price, and most of all- they treated our problem like it was theirs.I will absolutely use them for any plumbing needs we have and I know there will be more (old house).
