The people at In-House Plumbing are professional, honest and reliable. We were having some issues with our main drain line and only knew the issue was somewhere between our house and the back alley. Rick was able to come out within a few hours of my call, and he realized that one of the big trees we had in the yard was sitting directly on top of the line, slowly crushing it and causing the water flow to slow and back up. He said the line actually looked pretty good for a cast iron pipe (our house is nearly 100 years old), but if removing the tree didn't do the trick, then we'd just need to replace the part of the line that was damaged by the tree. We ended up removing the tree the next day and it seemed to lessen the issue. We are going to keep an eye on it over the next month or so, and if there are still issues, we will give In-House Plumbing a call back to replace the part of the line that was damaged by the tree.
