Called and they were responsive. Took photos from me as input in scheduling appt. They were able to squeeze me in a day early. Introduced tech (Lucas Kernan) in text message with pic prior to arrival. Lucas (+ Cody Stewart ) arrived with my pics on his iPad and quickly proceeded to resolve problem. Was efficient and effective treated my home as if it was his own. Able to handle payment in the field, and reverted with digital invoice and all photos and data I need for a claim. I found The Tank Yanker through Home Advisor. Had scheduled with another plumber when they called with $300 less estimate. Scheduled for that day with 5 hour window. Julio & Bryan arrived 5 minutes into the window. I directed them to park in the back closer to water heater. Julio entered my house with a cloth to protect the floor and a water hose to drain heater. I kept waiting for the excuse me ma'm, for the upcharge but it never came. A little over 2 hours later they were finished. The price was exactly what I was quoted, plus I got a 50 gallon heater for the 40 gallon price. Both Julio and Bryan made sure I knew there could be air in the lines, so I wouldn't be alarmed. What a pleasant experience in the midst of hail damage and countless repair calls! Zoom Drains showed up almost immediately after my call. The technicians were courteous, informative, professional, and honest about work needed/optional. The owner volunteered a very fair price.
