When I called, Chuck actually answered the phone. Most plumbers have an answering machine or service where you have to wait for them to call you back. I have had experiences where they never call you back. It seems like many plumbers only want to be a Monday - Friday plumber. Chuck arrived within an hour. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was professional, worked quickly and solved my problem. He was also priced below what other plumbers quoted. So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
