Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Replaced 2 complete ac systems with gas furnaces, completed same day. We called for second opinion since their website said they would beat any written offer, and they did. Very family like feel with them, not like some people just out to get your money. They sent all the registration and warranties to the products to us as well through email, so we can have it on hand as the compressors have a life time warranty. They also gave us 1 year maintenance and 2yr on labor. Thanks guys!. Also thanks for coming back out so quick after our evaluation when the 2nd unit stopped working on friday to make things habitable in the house till we can have the units replaced Tuesday after memorial day!
