Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys! Had an incorrect install of a few widespread faucets in two bathrooms on Saturday by a handyman. Restano came in an emergency call Sunday after leaks and fixed them within an hour and a half. A little pricey but did a great job. I had called at 9am and they were there on that Sunday by 11. Very pleased.

We had a heat pump installed, the first cooling system our 50s house ever had. The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. The consult was great, too, and we appreciated that they took the time to argue for the least expensive option just as fervently as for the more profitable ones.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. I worked with Ms Kayla on getting the job started, she was very responsive to my initial inquiry. They quickly came out to my property to assess the work that needed to be done. They were very thorough in their assessment and they gave me a clear estimate of the cost of the work, which i was able to negotiate down a bit.

I was also impressed with the company's safety procedures. They had a very well-organized safety plan in place and they made sure that all of their employees were following the plan. The demolition work was completed on time and within budget. The company was very clean and efficient in their work. They removed all of the debris from my property and they even cleaned up the surrounding area.

I think the company would be even better if they offered more flexible scheduling options.
I would also like to see them offer more green demolition options.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Our furnace quit and after calls to competitors they were the only ones who could come out the same day. Brad was thorough and professional in explaining what was wrong and options moving forward. The installers came the next day. Bob, Cory, and the new guy(i cant remember his name). Were superb. Expert installation and workmanship. Neat and clean before during and after. They explained everything in detail. Superb customer service from everyone involved. I cannot recommend them higher.
