Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

Had simple leak in the bathroom. Taggart quoted multiple thousands of dollars wanting to cut out the ceiling below. ...then I had a different plumber come out and fix it for 1 hour service. Its been 18 months and still no more leaks. It never leaked below the bathroom, so don't know why Taggart wanted to access from underneath anyway. UPDATED 05-30-23. MR TAGGART. YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN HELP?? AFTER IT WAS FIXED FOR 1 HOUR SERVICE AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE THOUSANDS. IT WAS 18 MONTHS AGO!!!
