Best Video Inspections in Pittsburgh PA

Chris is great! I own a business and he is always willing to get to my office within a few hours to make sure my facilities are up and running (even if it is bright and early at 7am!) He is also honest, has done many jobs for me and once (only once) he did not the right equipment available to do the job. He not only let me know that, where others might have said they fixed it and charged me anyway but he also helped me find someone who could fix it for me! Talk about true customer service and it is always done with a friendly smile!

They did great work replacing my gas service line and they did it quickly and professionally. All at a very reasonable able price!

We received 4 inches of rain in two days and my basement floor drain clogged. Our 120 year old basement usually takes on some water during heavy rain and it's usually not a big deal because the floor is intentionally sloped toward the center drain, but because of the clog it started to pool and became a few inches deep.

Bob from the Brookline Plumber was able to make a service call the same morning I called and professionally solved the problem and cleaned out the drain and trap. Reasonably priced, too. Would use again and recommend.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. I had a backed up basement drain today. And since this company re-lined my sewer already, i gave them a call. Within 3 hours they were here. Zach and Ryan explained exactly what they thought it might be. Then after maybe 15 minutes, they confirmed it, and they showed me on the camera scope the actual issue. Really great.
The price quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. No hassle, really nice techs, good stuff.
I will use them for any issues that will come up, as well as recommend this company to anyone.

We had water coming into our living room and called 6 plumbers who were unable to come out for various reasons. 412 Plumbing answered right away and had someone out to our house within a few short hours. Greg, the plumber who arrived, was professional and personable. He set our mind at ease regarding what happened (a flooded toilet) and what the next steps would be.

Things I particularly appreciated were that Greg put shoe covers on every time he entered our home-- this was not necessary but demonstrated respect, which I appreciated. He also had to snake our toilet, and he put the tools in a bag before heading back through our house. I'm sure this is standard procedure, but we haven't had cause for many plumbers, and I appreciated that Greg took care of our house.

At a certain point, Greg had to address something in our basement, where we had a litter of foster cat + 5 kittens. Greg was very patient and gentle as I moved the cats out of his way. At one point, the foster cat mom even walked across Greg's shoulders! Again, he was very nice to the pets.

We would definitely call 412 Plumbing in the future should we have additional plumbing needs.

Had a gas leak in our front yard. Quick quote, fast and professional service. Good price. Overall great experience, will 100% use Terry's again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing work in Pittsburgh.

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

AG Plumbing is by far the best plumbing and construction company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond my expectations and took care of every detail of my bathroom renovation and plumbing issues. These guys were awesome! They came out quickly, adapted to our needs, and were really personable!

This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.
