I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. I've used Tim and his crew as well as Pawlak Heating & Air Conditioning for years. Both companies are well run, on time and not as pricey as others. They give you a fair assessment of your plumbing/heating/air conditioning & all your options for what you can afford. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

Steven Thompson came to our house was very thorough, took his time to explain and show everything very polite professional found out that our sewer is shifted and is not letting any of the waste out. We are going to start replacing it tomorrow.
