About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Terry’s Plumbing was extremely helpful with a quote and advice on some plumbing work needing done when another place was price gouging. This is not a review of Scott Christian, the service technician, whowas punctual, professional in his knowledge, and pleasant to talkto as a fellow human being.This is a review of his estimate given on 10/23 in hopes that he isnot the one who sets this absurd pricing structure.A little over $8000...no not $800...$8000 to fix two simple leaks in a kitchen sink, and run new lines from easily accessible existing linesfor a new washer and laundry tub with sink. Then, tie laundry tuband washer drainage into existing main which is clogged. Obviously unclog or snake the main which is advertised as a $93 special on Gillece website. Also to replace 3' section of plastic pipe on other main that kitchen and bathroom drains into.Even the guy from Mr Rooter who came an hour later, who's estimate of $1200 for the same work (& admitted his was a little high, but that he has no control over his company's pricing structure) was shocked.If its any consolation, after discussing for awhile, the price went down to$2000 if I left a few things out, but I want it done once and correctly.My advice, stay self employed Scott if Gillece encourages or mandates these price gouging tactics!

Nix Plumbing has been a game changer for us. We are a high end General Contractor and finding a skilled and responsive plumber has always been a challenge until now. You will be pleased!

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit.
They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

My toilet is still broken. I'm out the money I paid Davey and have to find a new plumber to come back and do the job correctly. When I contacted them to let them know the toilet wasn't fixed, all they said was: It was working when we left. I asked if they were seriously not going to come back out and/or compensate me and got ZERO RESPONSE. It's extremely unethical to take someone's money for a job not completed. AVOID them unless you want to lose a bunch of money.

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.
