I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Bill has been my plumber for many years. He is responsive and has always done a great job. He just completed replacing a sewer line and did a fantastic job. Worked long and hard to get the job done. Everything was very clean after they left. He quoted a very good price and no over runs. I feel I can trust him. And I highly recommend him and his wife.

We had to get a new electric water heater for our house. We wanted an on demand tankless electric heater that was energy efficient, and we didn’t want to have to run a gas line from the street to house and do all that work. Mike was able to find us the Essency EXR electric water heater that is a hybrid and offers the best of both tankless and tank water heaters. It has a 30 year warranty and connects to wi-fi. This thing is a beast and is actually really beautiful looking. It’s got a smartphone app and everything. Mike was able to install it and now we have hot water on demand and never need to worry about running the dishwasher at the same time we’re filling up the bathtub for our kids. We can even do the laundry while doing the other two things. We could never do that before with our old water heater. Highly recommend W.J. McNabb Plumbing and this Essency EXR water heater. We’re very happy!

We had water coming into our living room and called 6 plumbers who were unable to come out for various reasons. 412 Plumbing answered right away and had someone out to our house within a few short hours. Greg, the plumber who arrived, was professional and personable. He set our mind at ease regarding what happened (a flooded toilet) and what the next steps would be.

Things I particularly appreciated were that Greg put shoe covers on every time he entered our home-- this was not necessary but demonstrated respect, which I appreciated. He also had to snake our toilet, and he put the tools in a bag before heading back through our house. I'm sure this is standard procedure, but we haven't had cause for many plumbers, and I appreciated that Greg took care of our house.

At a certain point, Greg had to address something in our basement, where we had a litter of foster cat + 5 kittens. Greg was very patient and gentle as I moved the cats out of his way. At one point, the foster cat mom even walked across Greg's shoulders! Again, he was very nice to the pets.

We would definitely call 412 Plumbing in the future should we have additional plumbing needs.
