One of the coldest days this year our furnace wouldn't blow hot air, we were freezing. They called ahead to tell us they were on the way. Came promptly, very professional ,friendly, and instructive.Found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Reasonable charge. They offer a package to clean and service your furnace and air conditioner for $200.00 a year. We will definitely sign up for this dervice.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost

Awesome plumber! Had sewage backed up in the garage. In 15 minutes it was clear! Very reasonably priced! (Much better than anyone else I called)! Highly recommend him!

Dave did a tremendous job and he did it on very short notice on a weekend. I have a family at home, so a plumbing need on a weekend is a big deal. Dave showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He got my home back functioning properly very, very quickly. Finally, what he charged me for the work was very reasonable - a very fair price for the work that he did. I can't say strongly enough that if you live in this part of Pittsburgh and need a plumbing job done, call A Pittsburgh Plumber! I guarantee that I will be calling him if/when I need help in the future!

Great job installing our new hot water tank. Installation Tech was professional and efficient. Cleaned up and was on his way, hardly knew he was there. Have used before for bathroom work. Definitely recommend if you need plumbing work done.

We had an excellent experience with McNabb! Andrea was so helpful and worked to get someone to us same day to check our leaking water heater. Michael came that day and determined it would be best to do a replacement. He thoroughly explained our options and we were able to get an appointment for the next day to get our new tankless water heater. Noah and Anthony did the replacement work - they were extremely professional, efficient, kind, and did an awesome job!

We had water coming into our living room and called 6 plumbers who were unable to come out for various reasons. 412 Plumbing answered right away and had someone out to our house within a few short hours. Greg, the plumber who arrived, was professional and personable. He set our mind at ease regarding what happened (a flooded toilet) and what the next steps would be.

Things I particularly appreciated were that Greg put shoe covers on every time he entered our home-- this was not necessary but demonstrated respect, which I appreciated. He also had to snake our toilet, and he put the tools in a bag before heading back through our house. I'm sure this is standard procedure, but we haven't had cause for many plumbers, and I appreciated that Greg took care of our house.

At a certain point, Greg had to address something in our basement, where we had a litter of foster cat + 5 kittens. Greg was very patient and gentle as I moved the cats out of his way. At one point, the foster cat mom even walked across Greg's shoulders! Again, he was very nice to the pets.

We would definitely call 412 Plumbing in the future should we have additional plumbing needs.

Had simple leak in the bathroom. Taggart quoted multiple thousands of dollars wanting to cut out the ceiling below. ...then I had a different plumber come out and fix it for 1 hour service. Its been 18 months and still no more leaks. It never leaked below the bathroom, so don't know why Taggart wanted to access from underneath anyway. UPDATED 05-30-23. MR TAGGART. YOU WANT ME TO CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN HELP?? AFTER IT WAS FIXED FOR 1 HOUR SERVICE AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE THOUSANDS. IT WAS 18 MONTHS AGO!!!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Charged an exorbitant amount for faucet installation even though I had the faucet. I saw the bad reviews and ignored them. I GOT BURNED!
