Cory has a great demeanor and is very good about describing each step in the process and giving multiple options to find a solution that works best for the customer. Because the company encourages doing a quick check of all of the plumbing, not just the problem area, an unknown issue with a toilet was discovered and repaired/replaced, as well. All repairs were made quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. I'm very happy with the outcome!

I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

Called to arrange for an estimate, was told that someone would come out and take a look early in the week, no one showed up or gave any explaination and/or correspondence - just left me hanging. Must not want my business.

Built a new house - trenching for downspouts on a Sunday - broke water line. We called Pat Chase and he was at our house in 45 minutes - repaired the break and got us back up and running. Very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. This was a true emergency and we got it taken care of.
He is a good man.

Great service! The tech arrived about an hour after I called on a Saturday afternoon… which is wonderful because water was leaking from a pipe. Jeff did quick and clean work. He explained the repairs and promptly started the project.

Great job installing our new hot water tank. Installation Tech was professional and efficient. Cleaned up and was on his way, hardly knew he was there. Have used before for bathroom work. Definitely recommend if you need plumbing work done.

Jerry was so quick to come out to my plumbing emergency !!! We were in the process of selling our house and there was a block in the sewer pipe and it wouldn’t pass the camera inspection ! He came out immediately fixed the issue and we were able to have it done the next day! We have since then used his services for EVERYTHING! Installing a dish washer, leaking sink, plumbing and sewage backups at our new house ! It has been a lot but we are so happy and thankful to have met Jerry ! We had a heat pump installed, the first cooling system our 50s house ever had. The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. The consult was great, too, and we appreciated that they took the time to argue for the least expensive option just as fervently as for the more profitable ones.

Steele is not only a great plumber, but he is an incredible member of the Shadyside community, always looking for ways to improve the city and neighborhood and bring people together. He installed a new toilet (and suggested a great toilet brand I never would have known about) and also helped in an emergency leaking situation. He is my go-to! Incredibly friendly and easy to work with.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating.

Do not hire Jake Wilk and James Cunningham. They answer these saying they will try to resolve an issue but it's a lie. They do not finish the work and they steal down-payments. They do not pull Permits and are not licensed according to allegheny county. They may pay some random person to pull but they didn't even do that on my job. They left my job unfinished. I filed a civil suit and am looking for fellow victims to testify. I can't afford to lose what they stole. If they would have just returned the money on the job the job they didn't even start I would have let this go but they are completely unethical. I now have to hire someone else to fix and finish the one they abandoned.
