I used Krupp Whitney to hydro-jet my residential sewer line and I am more than pleased with their service! I spoke directly with Mr. Joe Whitney and he was extremely informative and pleasant on the phone. Krupp Whitney is also extremely prompt with providing service -- I had technicians at my residence in less than 24 hours from my initial phone call with Joe. The price was very reasonable and fit the level of service they provided. Definitely go with Krupp Whitney if you are shopping around for plumbing services!

After spending about $8,000 with this company I realized how bad of a company it was to work with.Their service people are salesman too so they will try to convince you to got the most expensive route every time. They told me I needed to replace my entire unit ($7,000-$8,000, 5 years old) then I got the entire issue fixed for $575 from Schultheis brothers, as well as very reasonable upgrades to my unit.When complaining they said that it’s not unusual for their prices to be thousands higher than competitors because of the different hourly wages they charge.This company is a joke but a good last case scenario.
