John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

Our water heater was malfunctioning and Nick came same-day to assess the situation and propose some solutions. He went over everything and helped us select what we needed (after we recovered from our sticker shock about how expensive water heaters have gotten) at a price we could live with. We were able to schedule pretty quickly and Jason and Don installed the heater and expansion tank quickly and smoothly. I always appreciate crews who do great clean up and I wouldn't have even known they had been there. They were professional and explained everything to us. No complaints about the installation!
