WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. After seeing Gillece’s many ratings on Google, I decided to hire them to fix my clogged drain. SPOILER ALERT. SAVE YOUR TIME. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. I called yesterday and scheduled for a technician to unclog my drain today. Their secretary called me this morning to verify my appointment this afternoon and said that the technician would call me 45 minutes prior to my appointment. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being blown off around 3:00pm. THEN I took the time to dig into their one star reviews and it looks like this happens all the time. After waiting around ALL day with a very vague “afternoon” timeframe, the secretary called me at 3:30pm saying that the technician would not make it out today and wanted to reschedule. I called off work for THIS. I am just one of many people who had this same experience which makes me so angry. How dare you schedule your customers in for “next day” service when you know full well that they will be put on the back burner at the end of the day. It’s so disrespectful to waste people’s time. I won’t be calling this company ever again. I’ve seen enough. Disgraceful.

Patrick & Daniel were great! Very much pleased with their work & they explained everything before starting the job including the price. Other companies surprise you at the end with the bill. I would definitely refer Sullivan Plumbing. In fact, I’m having my son start using them for A/C & furnace maintenance. These 2 guys work well together. I’m going to request them for fitness issues

Had a massive job. Lined a sewer pipe - 12 feet. They were prompt,clean,explained each step and relaid the cement BEAUTIFULLY. I can barely tell which cement was replaced! The communication from the office staff is excellent and super friendly. While on-site, they rehabbed 2, 1951 toilets. One is pink and the other blue, irreplaceable. Many plumbers had told me the toilets could not be fixed, Pittsburgh Plumbing did it! Lastly, their bid was over $2500 less the my other bid. I am so pleased with their professionalism! Thank you for your hard work.

It took two hours for two technicians to replace a 75 gallon water heater with a power vent and remove the existing one ... they were extremely efficient and very professional..
I would recommend this company all day long .....

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.
