If there was a way to give negative stars I would! This guy advertises 24 hours but I called at 11:30pm and he seemed to be the least bit concerned about my business. He says “don’t use water, don’t flush toilets”. Really?!? I have kids and that’s your answer?

Professional, this crew came in well organized, with a plan. They worked quickly, finished quickly and left my basement cleaner than what it was. The work they did was beautiful and looked like it could appear on a home improvement show. They are honest and respectful and I would hire them again without hesitation!

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. Would rate higher than 5 stars. Used Friedman plumbing for a complete home renovation. They installed everything plumbing related for entire house from underground drains, water lines, to the fixtures for 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms and various other items. Have not had one problem with anything they installed and were great to work with. I plan to use for all future projects and Would highly recommend to anyone.

Corey, Chris and Bob came to replace the aging and broken HVAC heat pump system in our condo. They were on time, communicative, professional, clean, and very competent. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit over 2 days. It was a seamless and actually enjoyable experience. The company moved heaven and earth to find the unit they installed as with other vendors the wait would have been many weeks or months. John Wahl found a unit anyway and within a few days had secured it, and promptly scheduled installation with the above-mentioned technicians. All in all, a great experience, and I can say so because over 40 years I have had many HVAC experiences in multiple residences. This was the best by FAR!!

I am so grateful for Brian! Last night the drain in my basement backed up. I called Brain this morning and he came and fixed it in less than an hour! I was so impressed, he did such a fantastic job! I have other plumbing needs and will definitely call him!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
