Great service! The tech arrived about an hour after I called on a Saturday afternoon… which is wonderful because water was leaking from a pipe. Jeff did quick and clean work. He explained the repairs and promptly started the project.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Jake and Jared arrived on time to perform the work. They were very friendly and professional doing the work. They explained what they were going to do and when they were done they walked us through everything that was completed. The areas they were working in were cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. You could not even tell they had been there! Also they discovered an issue with an A/C unit that was installed by another company and fixed it at no charge to us. If you need heating, a/c or any HVAC work done do not hesitate to use these guys!

Jake did a great job getting my new thermostat hooked up and working after I ran into problems trying to install it myself. He stuck around to make sure everything worked. Great service!

One of their workers darted out in the street, almost causing a tbone accident. Had no care in the world. Saw me coming because there wasn't traffic. I wouldn't want that kind of personality doing any labor work for me.
