Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

I thought I'd be paying so much more and it would take forever to fix a huge pipe-burst and all the related damage. I went upstairs to get my checkbook. I couldn't have been gone for more than ten minutes. When I walked back downstairs, HE WAS DONE! I kid you not.The design was much smarter too. I'm certain the chances of this pipe bursting are much less now. He pays attention to detail. I was sure I'd pay much more for that. The fact is, I paid much less. Don't tell him that! A plumber with creativity, detail oriented, and the right price? I cannot believe it. If he tells you to do something, you probably should. Experience counts. TY!

Returned from vacation and our AC went out (in August). Nick was here the next morning. He explained the situation and gave me many options and offered his professional opinion. I asked and probably repeated a bunch of questions and he explained everything in a way that my kids could understand. I didn't bother calling any other companies.
