Best French Drains in Pittsburgh PA

They did great work replacing my gas service line and they did it quickly and professionally. All at a very reasonable able price!

We hired Gillece to replace the outlet so we could hook up a new drier and they did an amazing job. They were very responsive with contacting me and scheduling me quickly. When the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and fast to get the job done. He even was very kind to be careful not to wake up the napping toddler upstairs while he was in the house and fully hooked up the drier for me without being asked to. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of home services.

They came and gave an estimate almost immediately. Very professional, courteous, honest and have reasonable rates...even found a way to do the repairs so I could afford it!!🙂 I highly recommend OK ROTOR DRAIN CLEANING👍

This co. has been highly recommended to me by a family member. I emailed once, a little over a year ago, through their website, inquiring about service. I never received a response so I chose a different plumber. Now, 1.5 years later I need a plumber, again. This time I called the co. and left a voice mail. Its been 2 weeks and I have not received a reply.
Is this company even in business?

Jason at Reliable ripped me off.

I had a gas leak in the line in my front yard. Jason came quickly when I called, and underbid other, more reputable, plumbers. We discussed how he would dig up my yard, and replace the entire line. We discussed where he might put the extra dirt. He gave me a quote of $3,600 - $3,900.

He was on time to do the work, but he decided it was not necessary to replace the line, or do much excavating. He spent 9 hours total, and he put a 'sheath' on the line.

Then - He charged me the originally quoted $3,600. There was no excavation of the line. That is $400 an hour. My husband paid him. {cringe} I do not have a new gas line - I have a stop gap.

I've tried to reach out to Jason - it went straight to voicemail, and no call back.

I'm a Catholic school teacher. I work all day, for minimal money to help kids. I don't EVER rip anyone off. Apparently I'm so naive people like Jason feel free to overcharge me.

The little I have, I earn without being a thief or a liar.

Shame on you Jason.

You may have robbed me, but I am an English teacher. The one thing I can do - is write scathing reviews.

Working with Kayla was a dream! I contacted her to remove old carpet from our new home—before we even moved in. She was responsive, patient, and efficient, and made this project so easy for us even from out of state. I can’t recommend them enough. We can’t wait to work with her and the team again on other projects in our new home!

Fixed a couple leaks and a running toilet a couple months ago. I would definitely call again for future work.

This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.
